2. This data will be incorporated into an automated database for which the hotel is responsible, in accordance with the law. .

The User consents to and is informed of the processing and use of their data by automated systems for the purpose of responding to their information request, managing the dissemination of audiovisual and graphic material sent, and where applicable, the existing contractual relationship, as well as to keep them informed of products, services, and programming schedules, as well as all hotel activities.

We strive to provide you with the best possible quality of services. We will use your personal information for the following purposes:

4. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep it duly updated.

Also, in the event you provide us with personal data belonging to third parties, you must be duly authorized, and you must expressly inform the data subjects of the data about the rights and/or obligations contained herein, acknowledging the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, update, and authenticity of said data.

5. The User acknowledges being informed of the possibility of exercising the rights granted by current legislation, namely the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, and objection to their data.

The hotel does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18, except for the name, date of birth and nationality provided directly by an adult on behalf of the child or with the adult's permission. Make sure that your children do not provide us with personal information without your consent, such as online. If you think your child has sent us personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.

7. The Hotel guarantees that it has adopted the necessary and legally required security measures within its facilities, systems, and files to also ensure the security of the files containing personal data, preventing their loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft.

8. However, and without prejudice to the foregoing, the User is aware of the possibility that the security of electronic communications is not infallible.

Notwithstanding, the hotel shall disclose to the competent public authorities the personal data and any other information in its possession or accessible through its systems that is required in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

10. The user expressly consents to their data being transferred for the purposes referred to in the first paragraph or for others with which the hotel concludes collaboration agreements and/or to their providers.

11. Nevertheless, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your Personal Information. You may also refuse the processing of your personal information in accordance with the hotel guest privacy policies, if you have justifiable reasons. However, please note that if you do so, in certain circumstances, we may be unable to provide the requested service, and if you do not wish for this processing to occur, you may communicate your wish to our physical address. Until such communication is made to the hotel, it is understood that consent has been granted.

12. These hotel guest privacy policies may be periodically updated, as indicated below. Therefore, we ask that you read the privacy policies regularly and whenever you make reservations at one of our hotels.
